Introduction: Gratitude Synergy

A Return to Joy

Each module has a video for you to watch, a meditation to listen to daily, exercises to reinforce what you’ve learned and a downloadable gratitude affirmation print.

I suggest that you watch one video per week and that you watch it every day.

Take time to do the exercises, repeat the weekly affirmation often and listen to the meditation either first thing in the morning or before sleep at night.

All the tools in each module have been carefully created to work together in a synergistic way for fast results.

The reason that repetition is so valuable in learning is that it is the way things sink into our subconscious mind which is how change happens.

Remember you only get out of something what you put into it!
